Curtido is a fermented cabbage dish from El Salvador.
Think of it as Central American sauerkraut. We take crisp white cabbage and ferment it for at least 18 days in a spicy brine packed full of lime and fresh chilies. We add Mexican oregano for a distinctive and addictive taste.
Our Curtido is unpasteurized and additive-free for an amazing taste and loads of health benefits.
