DESCRIPTION: Floral and fragrant, subtle yet heady, Elderflower is a truly royal flavour. The blossoms of elder(berry) have a sublime aroma profile, resembling late spring mornings with a distinctive floral-fruity aroma and refreshing undertones of citrusy and grass-like notes. Our artisan Elderflower Kombucha is made with dry Elderflower and premium white tea for a crisp, palate cleansing finish.

Elderflower is a diuretic, laxative, antiseptic, antiviral and also has anti-inflammatory properties. The flowers are known for their high antioxidant content and Vitamin C which is great for boosting your immune system

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Kombucha is effervescent, tart, and slightly sweet. The fermented element of the drink is what gives kombucha its fizz, beneficial acids and slightly vinegary smell. Elderflower kombucha tastes sweet, floral, light citrusy with grassy notes.

It is brewed in small batches to retain the nutrients. It is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It has no artificial flavours and no preservatives.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store under refrigeration at or below 8°C

USAGE INFORMATION: Ready to drink. It is recommended to start with a smaller quantity (100ml) at the beginning and see how one’s body reacts. The daily quantity can then gradually be increased to anything between 200ml and 500ml.
