You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will initiate refund within 24 hours and the amount will reflect within 3-5 working days.

An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped to you.
Returns
Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

In-Store Purchases
Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website (ie.www.bombucha.in) should be directed to where the product was purchased.
