What is Kombucha?
Hailed as the "immortal health elixir" by the Chinese, Kombucha is essentially a probiotic, vegan, naturally-aerated, "magical potion" that works wonders for your tummy and has in fact been around for at least 2,000 years. From China, this rich brewing tradition hopped over to Japan, Korea, Russia,and as of the last decade, all over the world. Ardent fans swear by this re-discovered probiotic drink.
Kombucha, consumed regularly in moderation, has many health benefits like boosting metabolism, promoting healthy gut bacteria, improving digestion and supporting healthy liver function. Detoxifying and energising, this probiotic bottle of goodness can be consumed anytime, anywhere!

Our kombucha consists of only the highest quality organic ingredients. We brew green or black tea - sometimes even white - sweeten it with organic raw sugar, and then add SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), which basically makes “the magic happen” by absorbing up the sugar in the tea - over a 10-15 day fermentation process - leaving behind an absolutely delicious, fizzy, refreshing, low-calorie and low-sugar beverage, filled with probiotics that is brilliant for your gut.
Finally, we infuse our Kombucha with organic fruits and herbs, to produce unique signature flavours!

Cocofir™ - Coconut Water Kefir
In keeping with our experiments with all-things naturally fermented, Cocofir, or our coconut water kefir, is another delicious organic drink, a “health elixir” that does wonders for the gut. Made using coconut water – an ingredient already known to be an instant energiser – and introducing kefir grains into the mix as the live culture, the end result is a no fat, no sugar, naturally aerated, vegan, and lactose-free kefir that generally enhances the digestion of all foods and promotes a healthy immune system.
Blomst™ - Ginger Ale
Our natural fermentation experiments didn’t stop with kefir; we went at it with ginger too! Blomst, our naturally aerated ginger ale, is the result of introducing live culture into a base mix of water, sugar, and ginger. On introducing the bacteria, which absorbs most of the sugar, you’re left with yet another health elixir that calms the tummy and promotes a healthy gut! And why do we call it Blomst, a word borrowed from the Danes? Blomst, roughly translates into “blooming flower” or “bloom”, and is a perfect representation of our flower-based flavours that will give our ginger ale a nuanced and refreshing taste.
Our sauerkrauts is essentially finely sliced cabbage, beetroot, and carrot, which has been "pickled" by introducing to the mix a bacteria that produces lactic acid. With a taste profile that can be described as distinctly sour, it is a result of these bacteria "eating up" the naturally occurring sugars in cabbage, beetroots, and carrot.
