Shipping Policy

• Delivery Timelines: Orders from serviceable pin codes are shipped within 12-48 hours of placement and typically delivered within 24-48 hours. In the event of a stock-out, we will notify you and ensure delivery within 4-5 days.

• Prepaid ordered from Non-Serviceable Areas: If your location falls outside our serviceable pin codes and no alternative shipping method is available, Bombucha reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• COD Orders from Non-Serviceable Areas:: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for non-serviceable areas. Any COD orders from such locations will be automatically canceled.
