DESCRIPTION: A simple health elixir, our classic original kombucha- an artisanal fermented tea is impeccably handcrafted. Traditionally fermented and brewed with black and green tea and raw cane sugar, into which is added SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), the result of which is a low-calorie, probiotic drink that promotes gut health by introducing good bacteria into your tummy.

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Kombucha is effervescent, tart, and slightly sweet. The fermented element of the drink is what gives kombucha its fizz, beneficial acids and slightly vinegary smell.

USP: Our Kombucha is fermented traditionally in glass jars with 100% natural ingredients, keeping the healthy acids and gut friendly live microorganisms intact. It is brewed in small batches to retain the nutrients. It is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It has no artificial flavours and no preservatives.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store under refrigeration at or below 6°C

USAGE INFORMATION: Ready to drink. It is recommended to start with a smaller quantity (100ml) at the beginning and see how one’s body reacts. The daily quantity can then gradually be increased to anything between 200ml and 500ml.
