DESCRIPTION: White Kimchi (Baek Kimchi) is a non-spicy variant of traditional spicy kimchi. It has a mild pickled flavour and is refreshing and crunchy. Baek Kimchi is slightly salty with a fruity flavour and a tantalising zing that lingers on your pallet. The key ingredient is pear, which when blended with pine nuts, dried jujubes and chestnuts, adds a subtle luxurious flavour to the brine. It is packed with antioxidants, iron, calcium and magnesium. The unique lacto fermentation process enhances the flavours and makes it abundant in probiotics. The absence of chillies makes it popular amongst kids and spice-cautious people.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store under refrigeration at or below 8°C.

USAGE INFORMATION: You can treat white kimchi just like any other side dish or traditional spicy kimchi. It can be enjoyed as it is, straight out of the jar or can be eaten with rice, ramen, and bread. It goes well with BBQ, stew and sandwiches. The leftover brine tastes outstanding when mixed with mayo to make a fun dip or can be drizzled over salads.
